Random post folks of historical and family importance. On behalf of my darlung 73 yo sister, I am looking for Arthur Sleith's daughter Deanne.
Arthur played in the war years for Carlton 1941&2.
My sister was dear friends with her schoolmate Deanne both attending Catholic Ladies College in east melbourne and She met Arthur and niw would love to contact her old friend who is probably a member but with a married surname.

If you got in touch with the club there's a bloke called Tony De Bolfo who does club history stuff.

Or you could ask The Blueseum who might have a lead or other contacts.

Yes, will be fixed up so it can be safely used for spectators at games again, also some community facilities put in underneath.

Such a shame to have the stand just falling apart.
Better to see it restored and in service again as are the 2 older style stands at the SCG for example
