Obviously it depends what you like, but I love Colonials, particularly their Pale Ale and their Southwest Sour. They do a decent draught too if you want something simpler. I reckon they're a craft brewery that doesn't get too ridiculous or pretentious with their stuff, and would be an excellent step if you were unfamiliar with craft beers and wanted to dip your toes in, if that makes sense.
