I had to listen to the commentators having a wank fest over Cyril (despite doing nothing) and Hawthorn yesterday

Really, because as I was watching the game all I got was how Melbournes forward line was sooooooooo talented with the big names like Watts and Dawes. At least Cyril has 4 premierships

Agree with pretty much everyone. Footy itself is the entertainment, I do not need a bunch of middle/later aged men acting like schoolgirls at a bieber concert to convince me what I am watching is entertainment.

Another annoying thing (which I have unfortunately experienced all too often as a Melbourne supporter) is when your team is getting dry ****ed anally by 15 goals and the commentators continue to make jokes/talk to each other like they are at the pub watching a game in the name of entertainment. I know this is pretty petty but it pisses me right off.

Warning!
Just don't ever, ever, subject yourself to 5AA in Adelaide, for either of the two local teams. It is disgraceful, cringeworthy and any other like adjective you can think of. Just unlistenable. And that's before the games start!

Apparently the Cats won the flag against GWS a couple of weeks ago. I swear I was listening to the 07 granny all over again. Geelong had a big membership drive that particular week. They had a few strategies. For example, they got Harry Taylor to do some radio ads. They also presented Dwayne with some talking points for his commentary on fox footy. Dwayne, being a man of huge integrity, was more than happy to oblige. He did his own version of 'press red for ed', but forgot to advertise it as such. I wonder if any non-geelong people were able to listen to it without throwing up. After 3 flags in recent times, do the cats really have a need for this subversive s**t. Is the interest in football down in Geelong waning? This public relations assault makes me wonder if the Geelong footy scene is dying. You'd think 'danger' would bring hope enough.

Deluded mate.. Bt for starters hasn't got anytime for the cats... It sounded like a saints membership drive that whole first half. Classic line I thought 'the saints have started like a train.' How does that make any sense?
