Improving disposal numbers every year

So far Dustin Martin has improved his disposal count every year he's been in the league.

2010: 20.2
2011: 22.1
2012: 22.3
2013: 24.2
2014: 25.5
2015: 26.0
2016: 28.5 so far

So unless he has a form slump that's 7 years of continuous improvement. Does anybody know of players that did something similar? I imagine there'd be a few considering Dusty started from a high base of 20.2.

Wouldn't be that surprising given that players usually improve in time and possession counts are increasing.
