Jesus. I'm equal parts terrified and full of pity.

I'm more or less the same age as Tom Lawlor. I have the same injury - L5/S1 joint/disc is buggered, causing a nerve issue in my leg, and the compensatory effect means that the first cold snap of every winter reveals an increasingly degenerative issue in my left hip.

I have had zero fights though, and zero wrestling matches. On one hand I'm like "I know how incredible it is that he's continued to perform all these years" - but on the other hand I'm like "I know how stupid it is that he's continued to perform all these years."

weren't you intending to try the DDP yoga thing at one point? how did that go?

I'm not very good at keeping with it, so I haven't really progressed. I'll do it 3 times in a week when I feel ok, then my back or my hip gets sore (unrelated to the yoga) and I don't do it for the next 2 weeks :(
 
didn’t really know where to post this. Was surprised that this hasn’t been brought up before. Here is a balanced take of the Raja Jackson assault on Pycho Stu, from David Otunga coming at it from both a wrestling point of view and from a legal point of view. Worth a watch. Hopefully Jackson gets charged.

No doubt, but as i said at the time, that match should've been stopped. Something not right with the whole scenario.
 
Kross wins the MLW championship, in front of his mother watching him wrestle (for the first time?) after she successfully beat cancer.
