Batters around franchise leagues have picked Rashid Khan better now. He has gone for 31 runs off 7 balls tonight.

236 is the target for the Titans to maintain their push for one of the Top 2 spots.

The Marsh brothers with a unique record in the IPL:

Wonder if there is a set of Indian brothers that could achieve that record?

Bison brings up his ton off 56 balls. And to be fair , he has had a real solid campaign.

When checking out his previous IPL record I didn’t realize how bad he has been.

This is his 9th IPL season since 2009 and it’s the first time he’s made more than 250 runs, the majority of the time he’s made less than 140 runs - 7 times. He hasn’t really bowled that much with his best season being 2023 with 12 wits.

I reckon a big factor maybe is West Australians have generally tended to struggle on spinning wickets. His home ground Lucknow has also traditionally been one of the harder scoring wickets for batters.

If he wasn't a first XI for Australia, he would never have got an IPL gig thats for sure.

Wonderful score from SRH 231/6 in a dead rubber for them

RCB have a hefty choice to chase this down.

RCB need 58 of the last 4 overs and Tim David is going to have to play an innings and a half to guide RCB home here over SRH.

And that loss tonight is a NRR break for RCB , with them moving down from 2nd to 3rd.

The top 4 teams are officially all sorted. Kings XI can seal their top 2 spot with a win in one of their last 2 games.

So with 1 regular season game to go, an RCB win or no result means they get the double chance. A loss means they go through to the Eliminator.

If I heard in commentary in the end, Mumbai have never won the title from 3rd or 4th.

Where it gets tricky for MI now is they lose Rickelton to World Test Championship duty and Will Jacks to England for the ODI series.

Their replacements from all reports for the playoffs will be Jonny Bairstow as keeper/batsman and Gleeson.
