We have 4 30+ year olds in tonight, Birch, Zorks, Richy and Robbo, we are quickly becoming Dads army, our premiership window closing rapidly:(..;)

Too many young guns to name in the middle - by that time these blokes will be peaking, same in most possies. Fear not, old mate.. We will be in the window for quite a while.

Compared to when we last played, we have an average of 7 extra games. Geelong have an average of 25 :no18:

Jivlain how long does this take to put together each week and how do you do it?
The work really consists of creating a system to do it automatically, and that's what I did. Fortunately I'm a software developer and that is basically my day job. The way it works this year is that I have a database containing both the historical stats and the teamsheets, so every time you go to https://aflmstats.com/upcoming it runs the code to generate the graphs/table based on that.

So now all I have to do is run a script, scripts/upcoming.pl which puts the teamsheets into the database. And then take a screenshot of the page for the thread.

Tomorrow morning I'll run that again once all the other teamsheets have been released so graphs will appear for the rest of the games.

The word I hate more than anything is 'amazing'. It is so over used.

But I am amazed!

Round 16 2021 vs Adelaide
Crows have a reasonable amount of 100+ gamers but a lack of 25-100 gamers.

Similar to us a few years ago such a large gap of leaders to take over when the current older group retires

That is nasty reading if you're a Saints fan. Effectively the profile of a team that should be contending, but no where near it.

The difference between the 0-24 and 25-49 games is a bit of a worry. All 6 from our 0-24 range are probably in our bottom 6 and may collectively have poor games and it's hard to hide all 6.

We've got some good kids in there, but, yeah, we're playing some depth now.
