Does anyone have any information on possible changes or players in doubt, the obvious ones are gardener and gram, does anyone have any inside word? Not just the media speculation, cos they are never correct, I have a really good feeling about Saturday, alot of our A grade players will make a statement, if we were to start and get s few goals up, we will not make the same mistakes. 100%. go the mighty woods

Don't think any Magpies will miss though injury. Likely only changes would be though form and match-ups.

Correct, from what I've heard all players will be available for selection.

Knowing MM policy of only selecting players who have played at the AFL level for the last 3 weeks the only change will be Leon out Goldsack in.

Otherwise it will be no change.

I have a strange feeling the Leon will get one more chance. It's sad that all he will be remembered for is his lack of performance in big games, yet how many chances can this bloke have?

I have it on good authority that Tarks is def playing, I hope their sore players like gram and dal santo or even worse

I know some posters here who say "I have a source" or "I have it on good authority" actually do know some one at Collingwood, and actually are telling the truth, but I won't believe anyone's claims that they know of a change till 5pm today.

Simply put, I even doubt whether the 22 that are named tonight will run out for Collingwood on Saturday, as Mick seems to have been more willing to make late changes in the finals then he has for most of the season.

It's a guess, but here my ins and out;

In: Lockyer, Goldsack
Out: Blair, Davis

I'm probably way off, but I just have a "feeling" that's what the changes will be.

I'd be pretty surprised if Blair got the flick for Lockyer especially considering the praise he received from Buckley during the week.

Davis for Lockyer could be a chance, I got the impression from Buckley's presser and his lack of GT that Leon will go out and I reckon Buckley will want the steady head of Lockyer in his forward line.
Who knows though.

I have on good authority that two of our players that made the All Australian team this year are really struggling to recover for Saturday but will probley play under painkilling injections.

Pendles' back looked a pretty decent injury on Saturday, I could imagine him needing a jab. The jabbing didn't seem to affect Brisbane after the 02/03 GF, no matter how many of ours need one I suspect St Kilda will need more.

Dids has been playing with shots in his shoulder for the last few weeks hasn't he? And wouldn't be surprised if the other is Pendles, that fall on his lower back looked pretty bad.

Could be Swan as well to be honestly.

There are going to be a lot of players going into the game sore, wouldn't surprise me if practically every one of them has some sort of niggle. It's going to be interesting for sure, gotta hit them hard and make them hurt even more, they'll definitely be doing the same to us.

Been reported previously that Pendles and Dids will both require help to get through Sat, i'm sure between the 2 teams on Saturday there will be more drugs floating around the change rooms then a West Coast after match function.

Yeah Swan was in some trouble as half time supposedly, heard he was in the chamber for the better part of this week as well.

My old man bought Swans match day jumper from Sat's game..just arrived in the mail!

Trouble with what?

Ankle was the whisper.

Would make sense, I thought he looked pretty lacklustre in the second half, his stats obviously reflect that.
I'd accept the injury reasoning well before I accepted he was beaten by Farren Ray, especially after watching Ray get his pants pulled down by Daisy for the first two quarters.

They all seemed to train yesterday, so they must be getting through. They'll all play.

yep, Tarks in, Davis Out. It went up early on the Herald Sun web Live Feed site and they pulled it down super quickly....

EDIT Note: wow no wonder they pulled it down so quickly...it was not even right!!
