with most sides not official until game time, I'll be f****d if I know what to do...this week was an upgrade week...maybe rich hill etc but NO!!! i have to guess if goodwin, higgins, m brown, houlihan, raines, hentschel are in...not to mention how stubborn I was with...liam anthony - stress fracture of foot+laidley=4 to 6 weeks...yeah right....but hey, teams looking great, I have the luxury of a $750,000 former captain on the bench! meanwhile the risky injury prone drummond, chapman etc rack up the points so now i'll risk injury prone grimes in next two weeks....its this years supercoach curse-injuries.

sc av. 2285..last week 2150 with 3 donuts...thought season was shaping up well...damn.

Does anyone know if Fevola is going to be right to play or is he going to miss with that mystery injury?

Fev was playing on his mate Chris Tarrant at the weekend so he took it easy on him ... it wasn't until Tarrant gave him that 'wedgy' on National Television that Fev fired up got a few possessions and kicked a goal. :D

He should be good this week.

I was thinking about Rance-Grimes but for 2-3 weeks I'll regret the burned trade when it's round 17.

I would have though Grimes would be worth the burnt trade. He is an absolute ball magnet and will get plenty of opportunities at Melbourne.

Can someone please help me with some info re Shannon Cox? Was dropped?? (not mentioned on any injury list I've seen) a couple of weeks ago and then with all the injuries they had for the saints game + late withdrawals I would have thought he'd have to get a game.

Certainly had reasonable to good SC numbers prior to being left out - is there some issue with his play that's seeing him miss out or is injury the reason?

Yeah maybe

I'll reassess it next week after seeing how Grimes goes this week

It still feels like a pointless sideways trade at this stage

Apologies if it has already been mentioned somewhere on BF, but is Swan a definite non-starter this week against the Blues?

Sustained an injury against the saints and registered a sub-par SC score of 66. Have looked on both the collingwood website and BF board, and can't get a conclusive response, (50/50 according to channel 10).

Can anyone shed some light on the issue?

EDIT: just read my post, the question should probably be, do we think Swan is on the good side of a 50-50 decision to play? :o

not sure about the injury but his sc was so low last week as his kicking efficiency was shocking

Well, this should cheer most of us up!!!!!!

http://www.afc.com.au/news/newsarticle/tabid/4417/newsid/76773/default.aspx

"The Crows have another injury concern ahead of the trip to Brisbane with impressive forward Taylor Walker also failing to train on Wednesday.

Walker, who starred against the Bulldogs with four goals, has calf soreness but the club is confident he’ll be fit to take on the Lions."

Lets hope he gets up 'cos with Higgins out this week it will be donuts ahoy for most of us.

That's not injury related. That's just Swan for ya :D:D:D:D.

I am not even sure of the exact diagnosis. I've heard groin strain as well as that he tweaked a ligament in his knee. Even if he is named tonight you will need to make sure you have an emergency covering him 'cos there is every chance he will be a late withdrawal.
