Had a big smile too could barely contain himself. Normally goes pretty grim when those two get brought up.
I’d say Prestia already knows his fate and we’re just rehabbing him for life after footy at this point. The line Serp trots out for him every time is very political.
Yeah to me sounds like Dion is done.

7 players on our injury list is massive.
We had 7 players out with injury round 0 last year. I believe we only had less than 7 players on our injury list in round 1 and 2 of 2024.
If you look at our results round 1-4 they weren’t all that bad. Yze is finally going to get his opportunity to work with a near full squad.

Even just continuity for the players
Instead of having 2-3 forced changes every week due to injury we can adjust the squad as we need based off performance
Also means players aren’t thrown all over the place on gameday to cover outs either
Would make it a lot easier for Yze to plan around strategy wise
Mykelti has shaved a couple of weeks off 
Taj has a return timeframe
Prestia has also gone from TBC to 3-5.

Cotton wool until 2026 IMO. Why bother when we cant even put a time frame on him yet which would indicate atleast another 3 months minimum.

Said it a few weeks ago about my concern for Gibcus and his career, and it hasn't got any better.
How can he possibly still be TBC? I get the whole cautious approach thing. But the fact that he still is a 'TBC' is a massive concern. I seriously am not sure if we will see him at AFL level again, which is such a shame

It’s an interesting idea. The footage of him looks a lot more developed. Went from a kid to come back a man. He’s just turned 22 with a decade of footy in front of him. Was Louie in charge when he was drafted? It’s a bit of a foundational building block for others coming in via trade.
I can see their managers saying something to the effect of: tigers medical room was a disaster but now it’s great, so any injuries you get will be properly sorted (patiently).
It’s certainly not the be all and end all but it is a ticked box. If Prestia is back and stays on the park, that is an outcome we’ve not been able to achieve for some time.
Gibcus is still super rangey, but if he has been rebuilt, then we are in for a treat.

to be fair the Serpent is doing ok, to this point bugger all new injuries all of last year's boys coming along just fine
all of last year's boys coming along just fine Well he haws always been a bit behind Hotton, so it makes sense to still have him TBC given Hotton is still 7-10 weeks away. He is back into a percentage of training, small steps and being over cautious you'd think.
