Given a lot of us saw Tunners as delist material pre season, does he get a free pass for a season ending injury?

All depends on how they rate the draft. Mixed reviews. Some saying it is weak but I think it is weak if you are tall shopping. I believe the midfield depth is sounding reasonable. Will know more after the U18 carnival.

Bottom line is another year of midfield drafting like 2014 - then we start to look like a real threat.

Where I stand now - Tunners would be off my list (may regret this but hey...would love to be proven wrong)

Tunbridge has already been a rookie. He habitually gets injured every time he has been given a chance. I don't think we will ever be able to extract his talent, delist.

Delist Main too but re rookie him. He should have been a rookie to begin with.

If he can be back before the end of the season and depending on where our season is headed, maybe give him a couple of weeks to prove his worth before making a decision. If he can't get up, delist.
I cannot see him getting a game this year. McInnes will be unlucky with Darling coming back and Lamb will be back in less time.

Besides, 2 weeks is nothing - just ask Mick. And as he said yesterday, what benefit will 2 weeks give us when we have seen him for 4 years?

I can't see him getting a game either. But depending on where our season is heading, he may be worth giving a last crack.

In his defence, he looked pretty good in the game earlier this year.

He did but not great, he was noticeable and did some nice things but he certainly didn't have a "breakout" game. If you want 2-3 selections in the draft and maybe a FA we need to de-list 2-3 of the below.

Colledge
Cavka
Karpany
Main
Tunbridge

If these guys are lucky Ellis might retire this year to free up another spot with Waters meaning 1 x de-list for 3 x spots.

No way we delist Cavka already.

Main has to go. Colledge is safe with one more year left on his contract. Karpany needs a little time, but would be happy to get rid of him and Tunbridge has been here too long and hasn't show enough.

My bad didn't realise he was a new guy! If Colledge is contracted its Carpany, Main or Tunbridge and at this stage at least 2 of these guys.

Colledge is under contract
Cavka is under contract having been with the club for no more than 6 months

So you can scratch those 2 off of your list

I'm happy for Main, Tunbridge and Karpany to all go

Waters is gone already, Ellis is a serious worry (9 weeks for a minor hamstring?), Butler would have been on the list to go 3 months ago but he needs to keep the form up for the rest of the season, McGinnity is very close to going surely too.

Won't be hard to get 4/5 changes from our senior list this season.

I wasn't saying it would be hard, just that Colledge and Cavka won't be on the delist list

I'd go 5 of the 6 below

Waters
Mcginnity
Ellis
Main
Karpany
Tunbridge

Ellis latest injury is a calf so would think he pinged that in his rehab program, which still does not bode well for him

To be fair to Ellis the hamstring injury turned into a calf like halfway through.his calves have nearly ruined his career once already.
