Lycett's situation reminds me of Sheed last year. A messed up pre-season due to a leg injury then goes too hard in the first game back for East Perth and does a serious upper body injury. Oh well.

What happens if Lycett's knee flares up, Giles' game vs Crows was a one off and Vardy gets injured. All are likely. Better to have something than nothing. We'll just be back here in 12 months time lamenting another what-if season.

Our ruck stocks are thin. What do we do if Lycett goes down and Vardy isn't right? Be very clear I am not pushing the Petrie for PM barrow here, I am just asking what our plan B is? Do you expect us to have a tilt or just tread water appeasing bigfooty's jilted view?

I'm not against it. The club is insuring. Vardy might break down early then we'd be ******.

Yep its only him, McInnes and one of Giles/Petrie/Vardy as tall depth now in the forward half.
