Yeah would agree with aussiedude's estimate of about 5-6 hours. Depending on difficulty and how good you are at fighting games I suppose. In the first game there was also an arcade mode where you could play each character and get a short, unique ending for all. That'll probably make a return for Injustice 2 I'd assume.

The arcade mode and STARS Lab stuff from the first game has been replaced with Multiverse mode which is like the arcade mode

Was looking at a couple of videos last night; wow the facial animations are really striking. Remind me a bit of LA Noire.

Also, as someone who was ranked as about the 100,000th best Street Fighter V player last year, I'm glad for the effort that goes into Netherrealm's fighting games.

beware of playing some of the stuff in Multiverse mode. i may of had some of the story mode spoiled by a cutscene after a boss battle in there

Story mode is fairly intense and long (for a fighting game), but it is worth it if you're an avid DC fan like myself

really interested with how they've effectively released a game that will never really run its course

It was given away to all PS+ users at the first PSX. it was only free to get for that weekend.

The superman ending is amazing, and sets up a potential injustice 3 (I'll have to try and pry the info out of Tom taylor next time I see him - he's good mates with a friend)

the Braniac boss fight was f**ked. he just keeps combo-ing you and summons things that take like 1/4 of your health bad.

It is difficult, but I found the way to fight him was to watch his movements, as they all have a slight delay due to the power it uses. When that happens, jump up and over him, then button smash!

I've only tried some single player stuff (a few matches to try out different characters, and the story mode) and it's made a great impression so far. Don't know if anyone's tried the online side of things?

If you liked either of the most recent MK's (or Injustice 1), I think it's worth a look.

I failed it once and the 2nd time a beat him with like 1/4 health left. it was just shit how he would hit combos and then make his ship hit you taking another huge chunk of health.

It certainly has a lot of potential, lots of fighting games released this year which is a good thing for fighting fans!

Yeah I haven't touched much if the story yet because I keep getting sucked back into the multiverse and all of the customisation.

Story mode is good fun, and it seems I am picking up items for the characters as I play through which will be nice.

Yeah I've only done a few chapters in story mode, Multiverse is taking up my gaming time. I've even stopped playing AFL Evolution (had one match on Friday night - I'm going to be bad at the game when I return to it lol). Almost have Superman at lvl 20, Batman's on 15, Flash is on 12, Harley Quinn is on 8, Black Canary WW and Super (now Power Girl) is on 5. Just started mucking around with Darkseid and is now on lvl 4.

Robin and Scarecrow are fun to use as well.

Keen on this for my fighting game fix, ended up trading Street Fighter V because it was shit, so need a new fighter.

Also Tekken 7 in a couple weeks, but for now Injustice 2 will do.
