How do you people keep coming up with Roger Haydens name as a replacement for the side.For goodness sake he is battling to get a kick in the WAFL with South Fre,how can you put him back in the side.
I am still of the impression that he is still gun shy from the final we played three yrs ago.
And before you all jump up and down and say he broke his leg I know that, and he is still recovering from it.But his attack on the ball earlier this year when he was in the side was not the Hayden of old.
Unfortunately I think Rogers days are numbered.Play one of the kids.

I can't watch the WAFL ... but we need an in-form Hayden down back. Thornton is gone, and we have to get Schammer the hell out of there. I think Hayden is one of those players who might look better in the AFL than the WAFL. Give him a game, show some faith in him, tell him to back himself and see if he can get his confidence up, and he will come good. Or so I hope. I thought he looked OK this year, then he made some errors v the Crows and lost his confidence and was dropped. I'd say its time to bring him back.

We know what roger is capable of. I for one am not going to write him off just yet.Deserves a lot more opotunity to get back to his best

Farmer for Schoey sort of, but they just couldn't hang on to Schoey anymore.
Sandi for Duff is strange, but Duff will be back soon.

McPharlin, Campbell and Sandi all big boys... matches Richmonds tall inclusions.

3 forwards and a ruckman for 2 defenders, a utility KPP and a midfielder is very strange. Also Headland as emergency is interesting. Might see a late change.

I guess the plans of having a Scotty vs J Bowden spare man shootout are zipped now. So are having Mundy vs Delideo again.

The Tiges have named Gaspar and Stafford (along with Simmonds and Knobel).

Have Polak tag Simmonds all over the ground. Have McPharlin on Stafford (but more often run off him). Let Campbell take Gaspar, Hall on Pav, Kellaway on JLo when he goes forward. P Bowden's been named at FF, Grover can take him. Newmann and Raines on Farmer and Medders. Schammer on Tambling.

Looks good. Lets hope we can get the ball, run hard and make some passes stick. Should be a comfortable win.

You are have got too be kidding...do you no what you are talking about??? look at his game against port the week before the Adelaide game he was top 5 for BOG...and as for cant get a kick in the the WAFL, how many games have you seen him play there this year??? Because the last game he played although he had a bad 1st 1/4 he was very good in tagging Priddis and still kicking two goals in the midfield...

I'm not sure that Polly has the engine to run with Snake... maybe Dodd or M.Carr around the ground?

If Stafford is left for lengthly periods in the forward line it could be a big rebound opportunity for us.

Our forwards will have to be prepared to work really hard defencively as they get a lot of drive from their backline.

Fair point, but your team tend to lose their cajones somewhere over the Nullabor plain whenever they come here.

Having said that, I don't think this will be an easy win, although we have a better than even chance.

Heard a bit of an interview with Harvey on 720 this arvo. He said something about " we are getting half our forward line back this week" As I see it we are only getting Elvis and wiz back. Sandi doesnt count as a forward.
Mabey it was a slip of the tounge but I have a strong suspicion that Des will be back.
All the hype about Campbell means he should play.
My gut feeling is if Sandi plays, M.Carr out. If Sandi doesnt play then Carr gets a repreive.
