Then you look at mids, nothing.
Forward/mids, nothing.
Wing, nothing.

I know we've been hurt by injuries in the middle so it isn't really fair on Shuey, Kelly and Yeo because they haven't played enough, but it's that lack of personnel and continuity as a group that's really hurt us. The mids have been so reliant on Naitanui and we've been centre clearance or bust really. Puts a lot of pressure on the defence and it also starves the forwards of chances.

If the mids can stay together the other lines will take care of themselves with ease.

He's our only prospect really. You need a profile to get AA and he's our only high profile player that is in the best for his position. Will depend on whether they want a backup to Gawn (given they just annoint him AA by default).

It took half-the-team on a meth-fueled, drug-dealing, organised crime, bikie shootout with lebbo gang members in metros, swim across the swan river to avoid a booze bus level meltdown to cause us to sit just three seasons out before we started a climb back to the top with two grand finals and a premiership following in the next 8 years.

Meanwhile spoon-fed, non-travelling Vic clubs who have Uncy Gil holding their hand can't move past whatever low-lying wall of mediocrity they are still struggling to move past (some of them even with a team wide PED leg up).
