What are the definitions of developing and developing*

I assumed it was those who had played a bit in the * group, but then saw Foley there and waterman in the other... is it age? (It's not draft class as OA and Brander are separated).

But yeah, not a great analysis of our list at all.

I watched the Jetta highlights last night on YouTube, and wowee, smooth as silk, and his kicking - incomparable in the AFL imho.
