Instagram blank white space

Hello. I'm having a problem with Instagram. Whenever I click on any account name or want to look at a post, all I get is this. It's been happening for a couple of weeks. So I can open up a home page but if I want to actually look at anything, this is what I'm getting. Any ideas about what is going on? Is it possible it's a Safari issue? And if so, what? I seem to be able to login on Chrome but that's not my usual browser.

Start with clearing your browser cache and cookies. It's likely a problem in there somewhere.
