I think there was a grammatical error which made it hard to read (not trying to nitpick or have a crack, I seriously just didn't know what was being asked).

RE: The soul, I think you can get in touch with it through meditation (prayer has similar results, I've been told) but being that its not a physical construct it would be hard to describe - one of those things that you really have to experience I guess.

If you want to talk about the origins of us humans and the Universe it will require talking about it's creator.

I'm no physics professor but I'm pretty sure atoms can't be annihilated, and I've read that thing about the 21 grams theory, but I've also read it was discredited. Who knows what to believe!

What I do know, through personal experience, is that I have a soul.
