Man I would have liked to see Irankunda get some late minutes, with Garang Kuol too. Would have been pretty exciting seeing those two play together.

I have very little interest in watching the older guys run around in a friendly. So from my perspective hopefully we see the very young talent get significant minutes. Mid 20s I don't consider young, by international standards.

Mcgree isn't going up play tonight, so irankunda will be included in the match day squad, which is awesome.

Big opportunity to see that next generation with Bos, Robertson, Guol, Tilio etc all likely to feature at some point.

Strongly considering going on Tuesday, the tickets are outrageously cheap by any standards in Australian sport.

I don't really see the point of hosting International Friendlies here right after the WC and towards the business end of the A League season.
You do realise there's international friendlies happening all over the world that are impacting leagues far more important than the A League?

We already play far less International games than the European and South American countries. We'll take what we can get.

Do people that follow the A-League rate him more than Kuol? Irankunda has been linked to Celtic before and based on the highlights I've always thought he looked better.

About the same for me. I'd probably rate Irankunda slightly higher than Kuol.

Been very entertaining game so far, both sides going for it. We are pressing much higher than usual and it’s working, directly led to the second goal.

O’Neill looking the part on debut for sure, and our front three actually connecting for once.

I don't want to be a negative nancy but the hype train moves so much faster than it should. Kid has talent, yes, but capping him is purely made to tie him to Aus. He shouldn't be focussing on anything other than the A League for another season.
