Interstate Members

Had a search/look for a relevant thread, so apologies if I missed one.

But I am traveling down from Brisbane to see the Blues v Hawks match and almost all tickets are gone on Ticketmaster. Is this due to not all areas being available for sale; or is the game almost sold out?

I'm now not going to be coming back to Oz for a holiday until later on in the year... my contract is getting extended to the end of May... and the main reason for me coming back was to visit my mum for her birthday at the start of May...

Recon at least 10% of our membership comes from interstate. Should probs be doing more to increase this

Yeah Ive got a couple of kids and asked the club about interstate memberships. Seeing they only play once a year over here makes it so hard to justify to the missus it's worth it.
It's also worth noting to the club the amount of work a parent like myself goes into getting the rug rats to stay with the Blues when all their mates are either WCE or Dockers. If there was an interstate membership and then a big discount on apparel (1 jumper every two years) because of the one game or maybe two games a year we can go to.
