Hi guys

just wondering if any of you guys use the calaculators that are around the place and if they are worth it?


i'm looking to get into some property investing and what to get it right...and am I touch lazy to make my own spreadsheet at this point

What calculators? can you show me some?

I usually do my own calculations.

Be careful investing because most of our markets are at peak or close to (Adelaide still growing). You can't just buy anywhere right now and expect good growth. You need to know where to buy.

its going to be more like retaining a property we are currently in and buying a new residence.

you can buy worksheets off the net which help calculate costs etc, that's what i am referring to.
