I remember this guy being on the sticker and temporary tattoo sheets that I used to get with my membership around 2000. Something of an alternative mascot for merchandising.

Also featured in AFL 99 on PS1. I still have it.

That Geelong one is an alternative mascot as well IIRC.

I've mentioned it before but I had a cutout ladder from an AFL chocolate easter egg and it had 'Sainturion' and that first Cat on it.

The mascots facing eachother with menacing poses while the game loads, right? They also came up when you were selecting your team?

You should take pictures of all the mascots, just for old times' sake.

I remember that the Blues had the 'Kouta ripoff' mascot representing them.

It might have not been seen due to the old AFL logo on it.

Well I gues we could assume it was a design to use when the VFL turned into the AFL.

But they got rid of the AFL logo in the final product.

Those Geelong logos were alternative logos used on things like kids backpacks, pencil cases etc about 10-15 years ago.
Next one is Victorian Country Football League (encompassed all country footy leagues).
