The 'found' iPhone is looking identical to a mini iPad. Ironic that the iPad was called a big iPhone without a phone.

Look at the design and finishing on the iPad. Looks very similar to the photo of the iPhone

Hopefully the visible seems though (Like the one above)

Anyone have a decent timezone app?

I used to use aClock by a0soft when I had Palm devices. Unfortunately, while they now write for Android, they do not seem to be interested in the iPhone. I have yet to find anything that comes close to the aClock app. Cities by bjango is very poor in comparison.

I use Darkness, also by the same makers of 'cities'.

What things did aClock have over cities? I've never used cities but looks to be a satisfactory world clock.

aClock has a Clock mode where you set a home city and can see the day and time in 9 other cities. It would also indicate whether the city was currently observing DST (aClock had a database of timezone info for every city).

But particularly useful was the Edit mode where I could change the day and/or time of any of the 10 cities and see what the day and time is (or was) in the other 9 cities.

aClock could also take timezones rather than just cities, so you could just add AEST, UTC, EST, PST etc.

Something I would like to be able to do is find out the times in AEST, EST (US) and PST (US) when it is Wed 21/4 noon CET (Europe).

Disagree.

Agree (with you)

I think the new design is going to make the current shape look cheap old and boring. I keep looking at these pictures and then looking at my phone and thinking that the new one is shaping up very nicely.

I read somewhere that the reason for the dual volume buttons could be to use one for a physicial camera button. Probably not a bad idea.

Anyone tried this for jailbreaking the 3GS.

It seems success rate is about 50% which is not enough for me to run it!! I think the DEV team manufactured it though and they are credible.

Looks interesting. However, I don't like the idea of JBing before it's been tried and tested and I see feedback

When you say activated, what do you mean? As in, like running it through iTunes etc?

And what jailbreak program does it run e.g. Cydia

Yeah, saw that yesterday. Nothing really major.

Can see it is a later model due to the lack of bottom screws. Further along the production line probably. Still has thoe side seems, which will hopefully be dropped like the screws.

Never on a phone before have I noticed when I switch towers, the calls will often drop out or if I'm out of range for 10 seconds, it will take 2-3 minutes to come back in to range, I will often have to switch the phone on/off.

In saying that, everything else, I love the phone its amazing. Hopefully iphone 4.0 will improve the actual phone part
