Fine with me. I said several posts ago I was finished. But Demon Tim has a hard time admitting defeat.
Said you were finished several posts ago, but still commenting on something we all seem to be well over, because someone can't admit 'defeat' about something no one was competing in ???
Righto then

I can't believe this is even a thing, but someone a year into the Sage Fitness diploma just posted a video labelled "back and bi's" on IG but they were doing cable pressdowns in the actual video
Though I guess if you were striving for muscle confusion it might be ok, cos I know I'm confused as hell

A guy was unloading plates from a barbell on the squat rack and left 60kg on one side, of course the bar flipped over. Very lucky not to seriously hurt himself or someone else.

I had that happen once. But it was because the bar was stupidly long for the rack. Had 140 on it. Took 10 off one side and it flipped. I managed to stop it though. Luckily

This is one of the worst (recent) bar flips I've seen.
Also, the guy who's account that is is a beast. Had a leg blown off on duty and still pulls like 270 and squats 200 or something

Roided up bloke with his missus training on the rack next to me. Tells her to start doing squat jumps between the two racks while I'm trying to shoulder press and not hit her in the face with the bar. Why do people fail to understand basic spatial requirements?
Dude last night spent the whole time I was in the gym on the treadmill (which was fine) goes over to the core (floor) area jumps on a roller but has hit towel, hat, keys just strewn f**king everywhere. this one bloke has taken up a good 2/3's of the whole area just to have a bit of a roll. Didn't even consider picking any of his stuff up when someone else came over either.

For reference the area could hold 10 people if they were orgainsed properly, usually has about 5 or 6 at max.

I am paranoid about that I alternate taking the plates off one each end. Even in a power rack

Not so much irritating as confusing.

A guy this morning doing 60kg deadlifts with 1 barefoot and 1 foot in a trainer/sneaker.

Very strange and I can't see how it would be beneficial.

Same
Paranoid the bar is gonna tip and slide thru the spare room window
Mind you ive got nothing heavy on it, but still worry it could happen
Need jhooks that have something that can swivel over the top of the bar

Then he helped spot the middle aged roid user who uses a weight belt and straps for everything on squats. They loaded up 5x10kg bumper plates either side. Apparently that's much easier than 2 25s either side
It certainly looks heavier

I'm sure that's the reason he does it. He's big on being showy in the gym. Wears beats headphones. Growls at anyone who comes near him. Shouts "****" while lifting non huge amounts.
Also very openly admits to being on roids and very loudly talks about all the women he ****s
And, despite a number of more hardcore bodybuilding gyms in the area that would suit him better, he chooses to go to a gym where he's more likely to be the biggest guy there
