Don’t you get super hot?
Not really. Its a mesh cap so makes no real difference in terms of airflow.

You wouldn’t cause you don’t know about it...
I wear a cap or beanie to the gym for the same reason - take it off as soon as I get there though (in winter I might wear my beanie during warm-up).I wear a cap, I train at 5am and saves
Me doing my hair. (All two minutes)
It was 36 degrees in Sydney today, my gym has average fans and no AC it was a hotbox, I literally wrung my singlet out when I was done.
There was a bloke wearing trackies there.
What... the.... actual?
Only explanation.Skips leg day .....?
That can be legitimate, if light sensitive. My wife and youngest son will get headaches from bright indoor lights (sunlight is fine though). However the odds of guys in the gym suffering that are negligible. For non-legitimate reasons I just think of a boy around 12 trying desperately trying to look cool. How about sunnies indoors?

I have to ask, is what other people are wearing genuinely irritating you people?
The only ones that really irritate are guys wearing singlets, that they might as well wear nothing. And old guys in the change rooms. FFS I admire you’re at the gym and plan to be one of you one day, but stop walking around naked.I have to ask, is what other people are wearing genuinely irritating you people?
Black makes u look thinner apparently
not me, doesnt affect me or my workout. It is I guess "outside the norm" and that brings discussion.

Singlets are fine. I wear one myself some days. It's those one's that are basically string down to near waist, so guys can show off their pecs that irritate me.I would have thought singlets were ideal workout wear.
