Is China a success?

What are the general opinions here? I live overseas and hear seldom about Ports china games.

I know it's only the second year, not a big sample size, but how is it looking so far? Is the experiment a success?

I'm not sure what we are trying to do exactly so can an informed fan explain and give pros/cons and a general yes or no success opinion?
