Is it time we try Bradley again?

I mean we have looked a better team for havign a third tall forward option to kick to. It means we don't have to kick it Lucas or Lloyd every single time. Michael isn't a forward, and Ryder has been a little down on form although he did look good there in the last round. Bradley would be (hopefully) a better forward option than these two atm, thus giving us a viable third option.

hmmm i have to agree that a third big foward does seem like a good idea. Personally i'm just not sure if Bradley is the player we should be putting our faith in.

He kicked 5 against Brisbane playing as a forward. I dont know for sure if he'll be able to play that role for us either but theres only one way to find out and thats by giving him a crack.

I agree with this KID
Why do you guys think so highly of kepler bradley
HE IS AN ABSOULTE DUD
This years draft is meant to be good and with the bombers not looking to make the finals they should start losing games by giving the kids without experience game time and then stock up on key poisition players in this years draft

Not many actually rate him "highly"

This years draft is meant to be good

I've heard differently from many

and with the bombers not looking to make the finals they should start losing games by giving the kids without experience game time and then stock up on key poisition players in this years draft

We're not Carlton

Why do you keep posting on Bradley? Keen to lure him home?

If you insist on posting here cna you at least back up what you are saying. Why is he a "DUD"? Have you been following his VFL form which ahs been very good? He has struggled as a CHB but we tried to turn him into that type of player and are now speaking about giving him a shot as a forward, a role that seems to come more naturally to him. He could become a very good player for us, or be another Henneman but we'll only knwo by giving him a shot.

Also, this year is not an overly strong draft. Most agree that in the first round there will still be very good players picked up, but it has nowhere near the depth of last years draft. The first round is IMO pretty even and the top 10 picks shoudl all be good players. Essendon is still in the hunt for finals and i can guarentee that they are looking to make the finals.

Either post something worthwhile or head on back to the Weagles board.

Who would you guys rather Seaby or Bradley?

Why? They are different types of players. Seaby is a ruckman, while Bradley is a forward/ winger. At this stage essendon probably needs a ruckman more than another forward so you'd say Seaby, also because Bradley hasn't proven himself at AFL level. But I dont see what the relevance is really.

Just wrong on basically every level.

1. This years draft is supposedly average.
2. We are still looking to make the finals.
3. Why give kids game time if they're not up to it ?
4. The last thing we need is more KPP.

I think that essendon should re - asess their game plan because at the moment i am finding that their style of play is shallow and pedantic

Bradley has been named in the team. Hopefully he can prove us all wrong and play a great game. Sadly i can't see this happening.

Not all of us will be proven wrong if he plays a great game:rolleyes: haha

Dont think he'll play. I doubt very much they'd bring in 2 forwards in the one match and drop more smaller running players.

Now. I didnt see the game on Sunday.
But just looking at the ranking points looks like Kepler finished last
Now that is why he plays for bendigo

believe me, you didnt want to see his performance, shocker again

put him in the Bendigo reserves for the rest of the year, then ship him off to richmond for their 3rd rounder

Would help if we put him up forward where he's been ripping them up rather than down back to dent his confidence again. He just looked downcast yesterday, personally I don't blame him.

Yes, lets put another tall, slow player in the already crowded forward line of Lucas/Lloyd/Gumby and Hille/Laycock.
The guy is a spud, get rid of him ASAP

Tonche is right, if he was going to come in a play in the seniors he shouldv'e been played in the forward line and if he wasn't going to be used in the forward line then he shouldn't have been brought in at all. I myself would have rathered Johns playing yesterday in replacement for Fletch. Johns has been playing back most of the year and looks pretty comfortable back there whilst Keps hasn't played back for 10 weeks or so and the last time he did he was shocking. Don't know how the selectors came to the conclusion that Bradley was a better replacement for Fletch than Johns.

Why does Gumby deserve a spot in front of Keps? Play him in Gumby's role from yesterday, as a HFF- link up man. I still wouldn't play him against the Hawks at the G as we need more run so I'd probably drop both.

Exactly right there, everyone who has been watching bendigo play would have to agree with you. If we need a forward pick him otherwise leave him at bendigo.

I haven't seen it that often at Windy Hill- Bradley looked like he was not interested in wearing the red and black.
