Is Kayne Turner the worst player currently playing regular AFL games?

I am totally baffled as to the reasons why North Melbourne continue to select this guy. He's 27 years old, somehow made his way to 125 games, averaging 11 disposals. He should be one of the leaders of North Melbourne with that sort of experience and with their list profile, yet in 7 games so far this year, he's had 10 touches only two times and kicked 1 goal.

Do North seriously not have any better options than this guy? Because if not, they are in more trouble than I even thought. It seems ludicrous to me that this kind of output is accepted at a club struggling as badly as North Melbourne.

I can't recall a single player who has made it this far and shown so little. What is going on??
