You know that Suns are owned and run by AFL? BTW, it you look at comparisons between GWS and Suns set up, GWS had basically double concessions in every aspect. Not mentioning facilities, coach.

Double the concessions? GWS did get some extra help (mini draft picks to trade) but double is an exaggeration. Entering first should have given Gold Coast some advantage. For instance, GWS never had a chance at Gary Ablett Jnr.

For sure, I can only agree. That's because the original set up failed miserably. I bet if GWS were languishing at the bottom they would get more concessions too. We are talking about expansion teams.

Let's see how Tasmania is set up. I don't follow it as closely but it looks way better.
