Each to their own but to this day it was the greatest missed opportunity in recent times for North. We dominated that season and were on a streak going into the GF.

We haven’t been anywhere near competitive these past 4 years.

I’m not sure I can watch much more AFL. And I’m suspecting that will be the case for the next decade.
We had the potential midfield of LDU, JHF, Sheezel, Reid and T Thomas. A potential dynasty midfield. But through stupidity, bad luck and poor management, we don’t have anything resembling that.

Watching JHF and Reid for the next decade is gonna hurt like hell.

And please, spare me the “I’m happy with who we’ve got.”

This is better than most of Arthur’s material.

I understand where your coming from.

I spent the night propped up against a wheelie bin sucking on VBs. Went into social club and got kicked our for getting in a blue with Scott Welsh....then woke up in the shrubs outside the baths.

That should've been a personal rock bottom. Alas..

Everyone knows you can’t change clubs. AFL footy is like a 1950’s marriage - life sentence no matter how bad it gets.

In any case, we’re hardly the sort of club to be telling people “don’t let the door hit you on the way out”. Soon it will just be Moleman and a tumbleweed attending North matches.

Don’t we all get the sentiment? Seems the club doesn’t have the care factor that the supporters have, and some supporters are tired of watching it.

Well some of us considered this the start of the season..we have our answer. We are worse than last year.

It feels like we aren't going to win a game until 2026...that sounds hyperbolic, but the last game we won where the opposition was actually trying was already 13 months ago.

I'm not sure how we climb out of this hole tbh.
