What’s the chance of some sort of amnesty? A chance for a few to add some flavour back?

do you have a product that encourages rookies to stick around .....because without analysing your product, and making improvements to it, all the other initiatives are doomed to fail

There’s more analysis this season than last.

There’s been efforts to look at the big picture and some of the work by Ant Bear yourself, serial_thrilla Kennedy Parker and big_icky has been most helpful.

I’ve been involved in the Rising Star each season and keep an eye out for whether any sophomores are up for running something. So I share people’s frustrations with struggling to find or motivate posters in their second season to grasp the baton.

Bombers and Old Boys are both two good posting teams with great player engagement, proof more captains need to get their meat out for the team to boost moral
