Wasting your time, there are no pies on the forum. They will blow back in with the wind IF they should win a game.
Well there is Morganashlee but she secretly wishes she was a Bulldogs supporter! ;)

Who this guy ?

Buckley is 1 m in height and about 20 kgs when wet btw

(fyi I capped this clip because of what Lingy said last year - so I am not using it as an injury troll whatever some social justice warrior can gagf if they think I am)

Think Ling was in two minds when he said that

You'll find out on Saturday night Wiggo
Was McLean's goal from a free? I'm at the Crows - Swans game :)

Edit: Yep. 3 out of 5 goals this year from high tackle frees! :p

what is it then?
It's dropping the knees.

A duck is deliberately placing your head in a downward motion toward the oncoming tackler and is the reason the 'duck' rule is in effect.

To be still explaining this to people after 3 years beggars belief.

Let me rephrase my question - Why do that?
For some it's their way of trying to break a tackle, while others use it to draw a free kick.

Riiiight. break a tackle. You know thats bullshit, so why say it?

If the umps stopped paying a free for it, nobody would ever purposely try to 'break a tackle' that way again - same as they never tried to 'break a tackle' that way before the umps started paying frees for it.

Theres no difference between Lindsay Thomas diving for a free and any player playing for a head high tackle free. Its just rubbish stooging of the umpires, and its boring. Nobody wants to see play stopped for a free kick, particularly one that shouldnt have been paid in the first place.

The anus is on the tackler to use the correct tackling technique. (I've been through this before as well) If the tackler pinned the arms at the waist like I was taught 30 years ago, the tackle wouldn't slip high and the shrug of the shoulders wouldn't happen.

The player tackling needs to be smarter, it's that simple.

But again, a shrug of the shoulders and dropping the knees is not a 'duck' nor is it the reason the non free kick rule was introduced.

Look, we all know that Selwood will be drinking his food through a straw by the time he is 40. The damage done to his brain from years of leading into every contest head first trying to milk a cheap free kick will inevitably take its toll.

Young Toby McLean can only dream of a future so bright.

The tacklers anus has nothing to do with it. These guys are playing for frees and its weak and boring. End of story.

Ah well, I tried... some people refuse to be educated.

I looked up "the anus is on the tackler" gifs, and you wouldn't believe what came up!
