Yes, under that logic, which would completely ignore the military and humanitarian law of proportionality, a concept that many posters including yourself can't comprehend.

Israel just wants to survive and live in peace. Given your flawed capacity to understand basic legal principles as evidenced by your post I would put it to you that perhaps your not in a position to lecture the country with the most amount of lawyers per capita on legal issues.

Yes, that's also my point. The attack on the apartment building with "A General" is no better than an attack on any Israeli apartment building.

Israel's whole targetting was based on hitting people in their homes rather than trying to hit military bases (Because they were mostly underground).

The IDF are a war criminal organisation no better than Hamas. They act as terrorists in the West Bank and Gaza.

Israel does not want to live in peace, otherwise it would allow Palestine statehood. It's a complete lie that Israel wants peace. There's absolutely zero evidence for it. The Israeli Govt has not take one step towards peace in 30 years, but repeatedly chooses to commit unprovoked illegal acts against multiple nations while continuing multiple occupations against multiple nations.
