We have been sucked into slick along the line game against a far taller team than us

at least we're engaged in the tussle. we're having a bad game, the ball is spring boarding out of our forward line it a revolting way but there's been plenty of evidence of ground ball efforts and intensity.

they are actually playing a very dour style of footy where they're backing themselves in the contests and backing their run so they don't expose themselves to turnovers like we do. we are trying to be a bit more methodical and at times it looks ok but it's just not coming off.

credit to GC to be honest. They've made our lives hard. it's been a game where i think a few errors have hurt dearly and we've only been able to hang on by a thread really.

The midfield has been horrid leaving the forward 50 is in complete disarray. They’re either not having the leads honoured or standing about not leading at all.

It’s been a cluster* all day and it’s going to take a Herculean effort to salvage this game.

FFS. 2/3 of players are working over and over and over - it's the bloody forward line and delivery into it that's a massive fail. Thank goodness for Daniel and McRae.
