It's nice to actually have a real coach for the first time in 15 years.
Look at the start of the game, our players were out classed and undersized, but we hung in there and gave St Kilda problems. Why? Because they players knew exactly where to stand, exactly how to set up, exactly where to run and kick and how to defend. They zoned when they had to, switched, man on man etc.
I've never ever EVER seen us do that for the past 15 years. We traditionally just run around with no game plan and try to 'play hard'. It's one thing to 'play hard' but it's more important to play smart.
