Umpiring It's time for a senior umpire to make a stand

i'm sure a couple would be thinking about it, release a public statement

'for the good of the game and my wellbeing

unless it is blatantly obvious and not in the spirit of the game

i will not be paying

• stand rule minor infringements
• arms out or player input or umpire mild discussions
• insufficient intent but deliberate OOB is still deliberate.
• 50 metre penalties or reversals if offending player is retaliating. (fines can be issued)

Errrr - and be dropped for the next few weeks?? Just because these guys pay frees and 50’s as they are doesn’t mean they like them. They just want to preserve their contracts and get finals. Falling on your sword is very career limiting…
