Adelaide Crows list chief Justin Reid says the club is focused on confirming a trade for Gold Coast forward Izak Rankine, before turning their attention to Jason Horne-Francis.The Crows have offered the Suns pick No.5 as part of a deal for Rankine, with that deal all but done.
Reid said the Crows met with Horne-Francis last week.

Whoever wrote that has no idea. We have no list spots and no plans to trade any further. It's a bit of a disaster given where our list is at. Not that I'm arguing 5 is t going one way or the other, just that we're not going to be active outside of this trade.

If that’s the deal then Suns have maximised their return really well. Adelaide will always ‘win’ this trade as they have Izak for the next 10 years and that for us is the most important thing
