Well, not really.
But, he has decided to finish up as a mod of this board, sadly.
Jab, on behalf of Beerfish, VelvetSledge, Harlequin, I'd like to thank you and pass on the greatest gratitude for all the hard work you have put in on the Bombers board over the past two and a bit years.
He arrived just before I was promoted so, speaking personally, he's the mod I've served alongside for the greatest length of time. It's fair to say we've seen some interesting things over those last two years and, many a late night message between us were traded, usually expressing amazement and a certain state of drunk punched-ness over the latest day of drug troll smiting we'd endured.
I say punch drunk deliberately and perhaps somewhat slyly, as sometimes those messages were even exchanged, 3000km apart as we are, while both sipping on what I'll conveniently describe as a 'relaxation' Scotch. Fair to say, while it's only a site, these are funny memories.
But in all seriousness, Jab's sharp wit and patience, and deep sense of responsibility to the board, has been an invaluable asset for this board over the past two years and it's much the better place today for it.
He's still sticking around as a mod elsewhere, and definitely still sticking around as a poster here too. So not all is lost.
