Seems to be playing wing this season. Heat maps dont give much away these days with how high defenders and forwards push up though. Most of Perryman's possessions yesterday were on a wing but seemed like he played defense

Shoot me. He was penalised for a dangerous tackle.
Crisp was penalised for a dangerous tackle by the officiating umpire, with the actions of the Magpies midfielder potentially earning the scrutiny of the MRO also.
If deemed a reportable offence, Crisp would be charged with rough conduct, with the gradings of conduct and contact likely to be viewed as 'careless' and 'high' respectively, with the impact grading likely to determine whether he receives a fine or a suspension.

It's all just semantics - the old fashioned "report" doesn't really apply in the modern set up. It'll be looked at by the MRO - who then decides if it is a reportable offence and if it is grades it - which spits out a consequence.

Zero Hanger got it right
He was not reported just penalise for a dangerous tackle,about 2 mins into the match careless if anything nothing malicious at all and West the youngster he tackled I think was surprised he was awarded a free kick.

Can clearly see the dogs player turn his own head into the ground. Was pointed out by the Fox panel after the game.
They almost went as far as to dogs player was staging. Didn’t want to say it, but implied it.
