Had a good year. I don't really see him getting any better than this season but that's ok.

Yeh hopefully carries on with it. If expect just little things to improve, consistency etc.

I can see some level of improvement with Crisp. It's not all doom and gloom. He's quite fit and fast already but that will still improve in our system. Along with experience, he'll learn some consistency, and naturally as he progresses, he should tidy up his skills. He certainly looks like his skills are nice, but with work they can be a bit nicer. Furthermore, as he learns the structures better, not just now but when the structures evolve too, he'll become a better fit, and he'll gel better with team mates.

Having said all of this, he's a very, very good set of steak knives already. This kid is a player. He's a piece now in a best 22 team and he'll stay there barring injury, suspension or any remarkable level form slump.

Not sure what's up with Crisp at the moment following two really quiet games. Hoping he can restore some 2015 form in the coming games. Great opportunity to show who he really is against weaker teams.

Think he's suffered a little bit with Greenwood coming back in and taking the time he was doing. Hasn't played as well as a wing compared to being a run with player.

Crisp, when played out wide last year his games were quieter too, he prefers it in the middle at the stoppages. Thought he was good in patches last night.

We are still getting smashed at the stoppages and center clearances, even with our much vaunted midfield of Adams, Teloar and Greenwood in there which is a huge worry.

Aish will be fine, obviously very skillful and reads the play well, just needs to settle in.

We will be a much better side with Elliot, Steele, Varcoe, a fit Howe and a settled Aish in there.

Crispy seems to be fumbling a lot so far this year.Unusual for someone who has played a lot of basketball.He needs to just settle down and play like he did last year.I have noticed the massive amount of running he does on the field.
