Epic game from Crisp tonight, especially in the 2nd half.

Crispy went missing for a couple of months in the latter part of the year, but he has been huge in the finals and was huge in the first half of the year. At his best though, he is in the top echelon of midfielders in the comp.

If we see the finals versions of De Goey and Crisp more often, we’ll be hard to beat in the midfield next year.

Bumping Crispy to note that he is now at 183 consecutive games for us(191 in total). Arithmetic tells me that he will equal McHale's 191 record against GWS in round 9 and go out on his own the week after against the Blues. No jinxing.

The other day a friend asked me who I thought was the most underrated Collingwood player of the past 30 years ... Crispy was the player who immediately came to mind.

Even with the dual best and fairest wins and his ridiculous stretch of consecutive games it seems like he still gets overlooked.

The only other player I put forth as a submission was Leon but I think Crispy probably has him covered.
