Enough Crispy yet? Who said he wasn't getting any attention?

Just remembering when he was sub. Couldn’t remember what game. Was round 3 last year against Brisbane when we got our first win.

His first 3 games weren’t great but I wonder if he was sub being managed in terms of minutes, for some sort of injury instead.

I’ve not seen much media on him this week. Has he mentioned anything more on that?

Seriously? He's been mentioned on every tv show & radio slot this week not to mention sm.

I remember at the time thinking geez, he’s on the verge of being dropped. He had a few bad games, but so did most of the side to start last year.

f I recall correctly, his form had dipped for the first time pretty much ever and Crispy was visibly absolutely filthy at being the sub and played angry (and super welll).

That was a real turning point for him.

Never seen him really angry on the field before, but he looked ready to take souls that day.

God I would have loved for him to have slotted that one. Still, doesn’t diminish his achievement in any way, and he kicked the goals that mattered in the 2023 GF, I ain’t trading those for anything!

Oh I’m sure there will be some what ifs running through his head. I feel for him too. But loved seeing all the players run to him.

Steelo missed a more gettable goal with less pressure earlier that quarter.
