I was always worried this guy was going to be a superstar and we passed him. He turned out a full squib. Loving it.

A very handy support act but will never be the main man and shouldn't be relied on to lead their fowardline when Kennedy eventually retires.

As bad as he supposedly is he still kicked 44 goals this year, how many of our guys did that?

Very handy indeed but he now also carries an enormous amount of baggage into every final he plays and that also surprisingly applies to Kennedy.

It's all about the chokes and stuff ups on the big stage though. However bad we were this year, I can't recall a pull out like Jack's Thursday night.

44 is decent, no doubt, but for the number 2 guy in a highly efficient forward setup it can also be viewed as underwhelming or below par. Play him up forward in 2016 edition Freo and he'd struggle to kick half that.

That sounds like Chris Mayne to me but at least Mayne has got some balls.

I want darling to replace mayne

Apeness and his courage and heart or Darling and his lack of either. I'll take Apeness.
But he is still your darling :), if he continue to play for eagles. As for your beer , maybe wait until freo win a flag.;)

Don't see what people see in this spud. Most of his goals were scored against bottom eight sides.
A few of his goals against top eight teams were from dubious free kicks and in junk time.
And he has proven without a fact that if the boundary line isn't behind him he will shirk a contested mark.
Soft as butter on a 40 degree day.
