On Darling, I think the opportunity he has at WC to develop as the 3rd tall and maybe even 5th most important fwd to the defending team means he will have the chance to develop with confidence without getting nailed by the #1 defender each week.

Will be a star and by the end of next year will start to dominate some of the 2nd/3rd tier tall defenders who play on him.

What I like too is how unselfish he is....A few times he could have got the ball or the handball receive but he let teammates pick it up and he laid a block for them. Really like that.

No holding the ball on lynch is a legitimate gripe. But, there was no free for walker. Bigfooty would melt down if he had of got one.

What about Ellard's "high tackle" in the first qtr? What about all those "frees" in the centre that nobody could spot which Carlton received in the first qtr? Without the umpires help Carlton would've been put to bed a lot earlier.

OT I can't recall too many KPP with his size at such a young age. If someone said he was a mature age recruit you would probably believe them. Can't wait to see his next few years

Will be a Matthew Pavlich type, playing midfield and up forward.

I feel he will be the best player from the 2010 draft although Swallow will be very very close behind him. Heppel will be good too but I feel this guys versatility will make him more valuable.

Too bad his naughty behaviour scared off many before the draft. Kudos to the Weagles for taking the punt....
