It's another case of the AFL & MRO getting the action vs outcome wrong.

Paul Curtis has been suspended for 3 weeks for a technically correct tackle that has gone wrong and the opponent got concussed. Nick Watson's rundown tackle on Harley Reid was a very similar if not identical tackle, but cause Reid isn't concussed, no suspension.

Meanwhile Ginnivan committed what even in fighting sports (UFC, Boxing etc) is considered the dirtiest act you can do and is punishable by DQ, and gets off without punishment because Jack Graham
