Pretty sure he just slipped over. It looked like something out of the Three Stooges though. Slips, bonks himself on the head with the football and it somehow lands in Blicavs' arms.
Yeah squib wasnt the correct term.

but yeah perfect description

It was very noticeable, especially Watson who seemed to go out of his way to instigate head high contact - surprise, surprise, they're actually pretty useful footballers when they just focus on playing the ball.
He’s one of the smallest guys the game has seen, he only has to be slightly bent over after picking up the ball to look like his head is leading into a tackle.

I bet 90% of the comments here are about him being a ducker, or about his on field personality... so to be positive/different - have been impressed with his field kicking, and how how he opens up the game.

I bet most teams would love two "small forwards" like Hawthorn has.

Transforming into one of the most reliable half forwards in the game.

Doesn't have any major weaknesses' as a player. He's really developed his tank and can go on ball for periods. Neat kicking skills, clean. Great feel for the game and generally A+ footy IQ.

Really enjoy his analysis with Tom Mitchell on Ball Magnets. Brings some rare insight into how teams set up and transition/find space.

Huge blunder trading in Schultz and paying him a bomb while letting this guy go for peanuts.

Had a fairly neutral outlook on jack but having just found out he sledged David Mundy in his last game, I will forever wish to metaphorically smash a brick on jacks cranium. What a ****ing piece of shit he is. There's no redemption arc for this dickhead.

Wasn't let go for footy reasons. There was some pretty open and cheeky partying and immaturity. Coach said no Jack said yes, club has to back the coach.

He does have weaknesses, he's short, not a great leap, slow for a skinny bloke and has a terrible haircut.

Excellent footy brain, finds ways to shuffle/handball/kick it to advantage even in a pack of brutes (eg last night). Finds space despite being mid paced, and then watch out, his judgement is fast and skillfully carried out.

The ducking was a literal tribute to Selwood, but was taken as trolling. Geelong nearly got him run out of the game which was hypocritical. He fought his way into a premiership side as a mid after being replaced by Bobby Hill (Norm Smith medallist) at half forward, so versatile, hard working and very very smart. The way he has worked on endurance is typical.

So many smart little aspects to his game. When kicking around the body from a set shot, instead of stepping from the mark, he takes a half step backwards (which never gets called play on) and he's half a stride into his kick before the man on the mark rushes him. At Collingwood he was almost the quickest thinker, behind Pendles and Ash Johnson (another skinny bloke wo kicked bags despite being scrawny and slow). That was as an 18-19 year old.

If you could put his brain into Weddle's body, well it'd be double murder. What I mean is imagine if he had a powerful athletic build to go with the skill and fast brain.

Kade Simpson got sledged in his final game too if I recall

Who cares
