Was 1 of the better 5 disposal 0 goal games from Ginnivan. He applied good pressure and stuck some strong tackles.
It's not always going to be easy as a small forward, but the pressure/effort is something always in your control.

He definitely works hard, and runs deep into defence to assist with zoning when it’s his turn. Got at least one goal assist with a sharp handball in the goalsquare. Even when he hasn’t got the strength or leg speed to lay a tackle, he will corral opponents so they are pressured on their next kick.

I have serious concerns that our makeshift forward line will fall apart when it matters with Ginni, mcreery not getting enough ball, Johnson only in his fifth game and no genuine key forward….. but what the hell I’m enjoying the ride!,,,

You know what the AFL and umpires apologists on these pages are ignoring is a single statement released publicly by the AFL - which makes it official AFL policy . . .

"If he (Ginni) gets hurt it's his own fault"

This statement came well before the latest hurried redrawing of the line on head high tackles.

This incredible statement has been taken literally and physically by many opponents and has put Jack's wellbeing at risk with endless crude and blatant before and after the contest attacks - there is no other word for it - knowing that it won't be punished.

This has gradually crept into the umpiring of Collingwood games in general.

Someone is going to get seriously hurt and a few of you here who are supporting the disgusting behaviour of the AFL in their crusade against a single player need to have a serious look at the consequences.

Absolutely disgusted.

It's one thing to boo him when he's on field. When he's on the bench subbed-out injured and the Swans are 6 goals up, booing him is trashy af. Normally crowds applaud an injured opposition player...

Most probably come from People going to there 1 Game of AFL Footy for the Year
