With Higgins I dont think they'd release him for pick 40. If it's a draft pick type deal I think they'd be looking for a 20-30 pick.

There's no reason to let him go for less, he's probably playing 15+ games with us next year with a good preseason, we shouldn't be selling these guys for speculative picks. Depth is key if we want to contend again.

Yep, he was best 22 in a team that finished 5th, so unless we got a killer deal for him I'd rather keep him- unless we replace him with an upgrade that isn't Higgins.

If there was another club that wanted him, we would likely delist him to make it easier for him to get there.

That's what we did for Newnes last year, and what Sydney did for us with Membrey.
