He missed half the season, of course he was injured.

Looked severely underdone when he returned too which did not help. Though he did start to find some better form towards the end of the year.

I would say he goes exactly how did with Suns. Every season Martin gives you 3-5 games where he looks like winning Brownlow, then 10 average games and the rest of games you want to drive him to the airport. PCL did not help. Multiple soft injuries the last couple of years could be a worry. He looks skinnier than he was. Most Suns fans don't miss him.

Yeah, I meant after he returned. Either he was still kind of injured, or wasn't ready to come back into the side. No VFL because of COVID didn't help him at all.
