Yep agreed. Martin is not the sort of player that any side would be looking to give away. Pure class and despite appearing a lot slighter than 95% of his competitors he rarely loses a contest. Probably not captaincy material, but is well switched on and from the reports managed to stay out of the trouble surrounding his mentor showing he can resist that sort of peer pressure (a couple of others sadly didn't).

Yes it would be....I think he's quite happy here BUT.... the pull of family.....well you never know......and might I add, that is something the southern clubs just can't seem to come to grips with....mainly because they don't have to deal with it....

60% of our list is from outside WA.

This is same with both Adelaide teams, I think the eagles are at roughly 50%.

This year is bikkie year for him.

If he has a big year this year to back up his good year last year, he scores himself a mega 5 year contract from someone. Whether it be GC or elsewhere.
